Pelaksanaan pendidikan profesi guru dalam jabatan pada universitas tanjungpura di mata peserta

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi guru dalam pelaksanaan program pendidikan profesi guru (PPG) berbasis daring masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta PPG penjas di Universitas Tanjungpura. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dimana teknik pengambilan sampel sumber data dilakukan dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan dalam bentuk google form kepada peserta PPG penjas. Teknik analisis
data menggunakan deskriptif . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata persepsi guru dalam proses pelaksanaan materi PPG sebesar 3,98 yang mengindikasikan bahwa persepsi peserta sangat baik dalam pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran daring yang dilaksanakan. Sedangkan persepsi guru dalam keterampilan pedagogis tenaga penagajar rata-rata sebesar 3,97 yang mengindikasikan bahwa keterampilan pedagogis dari tenaga pengajar yang sangat baik. Kesimpulan; Di mata peserta guru, pelaksanaan PPG di Universitas Tanjungpura termasuk dalam kriteria sangat baik hal ini dilihat dair rerata peserta yang memberikan skor sebesar 3,9.
